Will the item look exactly like the photo?

Yes. All our photos are taken to represent the actual product. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, but what you see is what you receiv

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into My Account → Orders at any time to view the status of your shipment.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Simply contact our support team or request a return from your account.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Some collections are limited and may not be restocked. However, if an item is scheduled for restock, you can select “Notify Me” on the product page, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available again.

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver across Kuwait and the GCC region. International shipping is available on selected items, with rates and delivery times shown at checkout.
